• Establishment Management - Manage details regarding your restaurant (if your business is a stand-alone restaurant or catering company) or many restaurants (if your business is a food delivery service, catering company or restaurant chain that will be delivering from multiple restaurants). Details managed include restaurant logos, cuisines, restaurant color scheme (to present restaurant color scheme when customers are viewing menus, for example), Location/Address data (including Lat/Long generation for mapping purposes), contact/website info, transaction/accounting details (credit card options, sales tax rates, service fees, etc.). The Establishment Modlet also allows for the display of all restaurants that are a part of your service in a tabular or list view that allows customers to see all the restaurants on one page so they can choose the restaurant to order from.

• Menus - Manage and display your menus for customers to order from. Modlet allows for multiple menus per restaurant, bulk loading of menu data via a specifically formatted Excel spreadsheet, manual editing of menu and full menu attribute definitions built by you (sizes, side items, extras, additional toppings, spicing, vegetarian, combo meals and associated prices). The menu attributes are extremely flexible and can be configured to represent ANY special menu features that a restaurant may have. Modlet also provides the capability for site administrators to create "Pre-Designed" menus comprised of menu items from a restaurant. This can be used to allow customers, for example, to simply state they want Italian food from Restaurant A for 30 people on their order as opposed to manually deciding on each individual item from the regular menu for those 30 people!

• Customers - Allows customers to register for delivery services. Modlet provides secure (via SSL) management of credit card and other customer data.

• Orders - This Modlet provides all of the features allowing customers to order from the menus of one or more restaurants. Modlet contains functionality for totaling orders, adding various taxes and fees (determined by site administrators on a restaurant-by-restaurant basis, tracking orders through the delivery process and processing transactions (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

• Maps - Provides mapping capability for setting up maps of restaurant locations, delivery boundaries and delivery zones

• Web Site Visual Branding & Customization - Through the Modivate ArchTelligence Framework© and underlying Portal technology, the web design look and feel of your site can be customized to your specifications or you can choose from one of our pre-packaged "skins" for the web site.

• Site Layout - The layout, number of pages, and content on the pages can not only be designed to your specifications, you yourself can add, modify or delete pages on the site as you see fit once you are live. 

• Additional Features - Since the Hospitality Framework is a part of the Modivate ArchTelligence Framework©, plug-ins are available to place the following additional features on your site: Forums, Blogs, Feedback, Media galleries of products and previous events, banner advertising, contact management, announcements, sending newsletters, event calendars, FAQs, feedback tools, employee management, task management and special offers.
